Accepting New Clients 🟢

Hello, my name is Subaika! 👋

Navigating life as a neurodivergent person in a world built for neurotypicals can sometimes feel like trying to solve a puzzle that was never designed with your pieces in mind. Subaika understands that experience deeply and her work is grounded in helping clients make sense of their inner world, uncover their strengths, and create a life that truly fits them.

With over five years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and vulnerable populations across clinical, educational, and community settings, Subaika brings both professional expertise and a human first approach to therapy. Her practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and infused with curiosity, humour, and zero judgment.

Subaika works with adults experiencing challenges such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, executive dysfunction, burnout, and relationship difficulties. She integrates evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based strategies all tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

In therapy with Subaika, you can expect a collaborative, down to earth space where you don’t have to mask, filter, or explain away your experience. Together, you’ll focus on building practical tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy room, Subaika finds joy in creativity and movement. She enjoys dancing, hiking, exploring new places, and connecting with music, a passion that continues to inspire her work and her belief in the power of self expression.

If you’re ready to turn down the mental chaos, embrace your strengths, and create a life that works for you instead of against you, Subaika would be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.
